If you join the waitlist or contact us
We keep your email, your name if you gave it, your message, the date and the country of the request.
We use it to reply, and to email waitlist members about early access only. Never a newsletter. Ask and we delete your details any time.
If you become a customer
With your authorisation we read orders and products from your stores, spend from your ad accounts, fees from payment providers, and the supplier costs you give us.
Orders include your customers’ names and addresses. We store those encrypted and use them only to show you your own orders.
What we don’t do
- Sell or share data with anyone.
- Use your data to train anything.
- Run advertising trackers or third-party analytics here.
- Compare your figures with other customers’.
Who helps us run it
Hosting and infrastructure providers, on our instructions, who can’t use data for their own purposes. No advertising or analytics companies.
How long we keep it
Waitlist and contact details until you ask us to remove them. Customer data while your account is open; deleted on request when it closes.
Your choices
Ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion. Disconnecting a store stops us reading it immediately.
